Developments on the Massachusetts Legislative Front: The Governor Signs the Energy Bill

This morning, the Governor signed S. 2395, An Act Relative to Competitively Priced Electricity in Massachusetts. The bill has a number of important provisions, but a substantial part of the thrust of the bill is to encourage development of the market for renewable energy in Massachusetts.
