Rebecca L. Puskas
Rebecca L. Puskas assists clients with a wide range of energy and environmental matters. Her practice involves regulatory compliance and environmental permitting under state and federal law, including the Clean Air Act, M.G.L. 21E, Chapter 91, wetlands and stormwater regulations. Her transactional work includes performing environmental due diligence and addressing the permitting aspects related to the acquisition and disposition of facilities. In the area of litigation and dispute resolution, Rebecca has represented clients in matters before the Massachusetts courts, the Environmental Appeals Board, and the International Court of Justice.
